Terms and Conditions

The prices mentioned apply per person with all moor&mehr included services. For double rooms, apartments and suites, the prices are based on occupancy of 2 people, including the current VAT rate. The nightly rates are based on length of stay. For short stays, we charge the daily rate. For single occupancy, an additional single occupancy surcharge is applied.

Dinner

The organic cooking class is available daily on-site (from Monday to Friday, subject to a surcharge (approx. € 20)) upon request.

Arrival/departure

Check-in is guaranteed from 3 PM. Check-out is until 10 AM. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the property if you arrive early.

Electrical household appliances

The bringing and use of your own electrical household appliances such as kettles, immersion heaters, cooking plates, irons and the like is prohibited for safety reasons. In the event of a violation, the guest is liable for any resulting damages and associated costs within the limits of the legal regulations.

Dogs

We accept dogs in limited quantities upon request in certain room categories. A dog fee per day is €14.–. We ask pet-friendly guests to understand that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast restaurant area, the spa and therapy area. The owners are fully liable for any damage caused by their pet during the stay.

City tax

The tourist tax is not included in the overnight accommodation price. It currently amounts to € 2.75 per day per person (electronic guest card). It offers a variety of services for the Ammergau Alps and Murnau region.

Reservation

The contract is concluded by the hotel upon acceptance of the customer's request. The hotel is free to confirm the room reservation in writing. For guests outside Germany, we request a deposit of 50% of the accommodation or arrangement price.

Opening hours

We are open for you for the new season 2027 from December 27, 2026 to October 30, 2027. The prices mentioned remain valid for this period. Errors and inaccuracies excepted.

Cancellation

We charge 80% based on the total price or the overnight stay and treatment costs for cancellation of a booked reservation. This applies regardless of the cancellation date. The same applies to late arrival and departure. The guest is free to prove that the hotel has not suffered any damage or only minor damage. We therefore strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance that covers both no-show and trip cancellation.

Payment

We request payment the day before your departure either in cash or with an ec-card or credit card (VISA & Mastercard only).
